A Life-Changing Win in Oz Lotto
A Sydney resident awoke on Wednesday to an unexpected life-changing event after winning $20 million in the Oz Lotto draw. However, the winner has yet to check their ticket and realize the magnitude of their fortune.
The New South Wales player holds the only division one winning entry nationally in Oz Lotto draw 1655, which took place on Tuesday, 4 November 2025. This means they are entitled to a $20 million prize. Unfortunately, the winning ticket was not registered with The Lott Members Club, making it impossible for lottery officials to contact the winner directly.
As a result, the officials are now waiting for the mystery winner to check their ticket and come forward. The winning entry was purchased at Broadway News Agency, and the situation has sparked a call for anyone who bought a ticket there to verify their numbers immediately.
A Call to Action
Khat McIntyre, a spokesperson for The Lott, expressed hope that the winner would soon discover their win. “It’s possible this mystery winner is waking up and heading to work with no idea they’ve scored $20 million. Imagine how your plans for the rest of the day and the rest of your life might change with a prize of this magnitude,” she said.
She also urged anyone who purchased an Oz Lotto ticket from Broadway News Agency to check their tickets today. “This is also an important reminder for players to register their lottery tickets to a player card or online account with The Lott Members Club, so if they are to score a major prize, we can reach out to them with the winning news.”
If someone discovers they have the winning ticket, they are encouraged to contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the exciting prize claim process.
Details of the Winning Numbers
The winning numbers in draw 1655 on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, were 21, 17, 43, 25, 12, 18, and 14, while the supplementary numbers were 15, 42, and 24. This single division one winning entry was the only one in New South Wales during the draw.
The Lott’s division one winning tally has reached 364 so far in 2025, with 104 of those wins attributed to NSW Lotteries customers. In FY25, 12 division one winning entries across Australia collectively won more than $414 million.
Of the 12 Oz Lotto division one winning entries in FY25, four landed in New South Wales, three each in Queensland and Victoria, and two in South Australia. This highlights the continued popularity and success of the Oz Lotto across the country.
The Importance of Registration
The situation underscores the importance of registering lottery tickets with The Lott Members Club. By doing so, players ensure that they can be contacted quickly if they win a major prize. This is especially crucial for those who may not immediately recognize the significance of their ticket.
For those who purchased tickets from Broadway News Agency, the next step is to check their tickets against the winning numbers. If they find a match, they should act swiftly to claim their prize.
With the potential for life-changing wealth, it’s clear that the Oz Lotto continues to offer exciting opportunities for players across Australia. Whether it’s a small win or a massive jackpot, the thrill of the game remains a key part of the lottery experience.
